Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases you may return any eligible item within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund your item must be new and in the original condition that you received it.
Please make sure the product is adequately packed, and whenever possible please return products in the original packaging they were sent to you in. Returns received not in the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once your returned item is received, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and that the refund is in process. All refunds go to the original purchaser. Credits or refunds will be made to the same method of payment and account used to place the original order.
Replacement and exchange are not supported. Customers may return their original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. You will be responsible for paying the new price for the replacement item.
